Storage space for clothing was nonexistent. I find the breakfast coffee undrinkable. It tasted watered down. Check-out involved undue pressure from the receptionist, demanding I submit a perfect score.

the front office manager, ercan, proved very helpful. omar, the bellboy, assisted efficiently with luggage. i appreciated the staff's consistent attentiveness and willingness to help.
the complimentary spa access period seemed quite short.
